Our in-between package. We're here to support you in making decisions, hiring the right team and managing all the logistics throughout. Less comprehensive than our Full Service package but more hands-on than our Wedding Management package.
With this Planning & Coordination package, we offer just that - planning and coordination. There is no design component to partial planning, which makes this the perfect package for couples who have a good grasp on their design and feel confident in executing it.

Wedding Management is our service that supports you in the final (often, most challenging) weeks of planning your wedding.
Made for the couples who feel confident in planning their wedding but want a professional to wrap up all the final details in a nice little bow. We will transition into the lead role in the final weeks leading up to your wedding to ensure your vision is brought to life.

I owe so much of our big day to Emily - she had her work cut out with our open bar. If anything did go wrong, I had no idea at all. I'm saying this of all our vendors cause I feel like we hit the vendor jackpot but I really wish you could get married more than once just so we could have a reason to work with Emily again. Yes! We offer a monthly check-in call for all of our Wedding Management couples. Completely optional but a great way to touch base with us.
If I book the Wedding Management package, will I have contact with you before the 8 week mark?
Emily, lead planner, will be your main point of contact through the planning process. On the day of your wedding, Emily will work along our team of assistants and coordinators!
who will we be working with?
No! We are happy to help you find a venue that is the best fit for your vision, budget, guest count, design style.
Do I already need to have a venue booked?
Events by Emily + Co. is based in Los Angeles and we regularly work throughout Southern California - from San Diego to Santa Barbara. We will happily travel!
Where do you work? Do you travel?
Most of our full planning and partial planning couples reach out 10-14 months prior to their wedding day. For wedding management, we recommend reaching out 6-8 months prior.
We have planned some incredible weddings on much shorter timelines, so don’t hesitate to get in touch at any point!

At Events by Emily + Co. we don't believe in "day-of'' or even "month-of" coordination. It's of the utmost importance to us that we fully understand your vision & priorities and give you the opportunity to build trust in us. Neither of which we can do wholeheartedly and to our standards a week before your wedding, let alone on your wedding day.
Our Wedding Management package starts 8 weeks out and sees you through your wedding day. You can celebrate freely knowing you have a professional team in your corner.
